The elastic link rod vibrating conveyor is a highly practical conveying machine, particularly demonstrating its characteristics in long-distance conveying and handling hot materials. For vibrating conveyors with large conveying capacity and long-distance conveying, this drive form should be prioritized.

The elastic link rod conveyor is a near-resonance type vibrating machine. It utilizes the rotation of an eccentric shaft (also known as a crank) to drive the participating trough body through the drive link rod and main vibration spring, achieving linear reciprocating motion for material conveying. It is a linear vibrating conveyor suitable for conveying hot used sand, castings, or small batch workpieces in the shakeout section of foundry workshops, providing more convenient transitions for shakeout conveying of flaskless molds. It can also be applied to convey various bulk materials in mining, with no strict requirements on material particle size or humidity. Therefore, this vibrating conveyor has a wide application range and strong adaptability.

Vibrating conveyors are machines that utilize vibration to complete material conveying, mainly composed of the conveying trough, elastic components, excitation device, and damping device. They possess the following characteristics:
1. Allow multiple feed and discharge points during conveying, enabling quantitative feeding, metering, and batching.
2. Excellent sealing performance, preventing material pollution to the environment.
3. Suitable for hot material conveying; with air cooling, materials up to 500°C can be conveyed; with circulating water cooling, materials below 1000°C can be conveyed.
4. Can achieve processes such as dewatering, drying, cooling, screening, heat preservation, and mixing during conveying.
5. Simple structure, easy installation and adjustment, convenient maintenance, low energy consumption, safe operation, and stable running.
6. Suitable for conveying lump, granular, and powdery materials; not suitable for sticky and wet materials; the upward conveying inclination should not exceed 10°.
